Accounts & Daily Quota

  • Q: How does the daily quota system work? A: To provide a fair experience for everyone, each user has a daily limit on how many times they can use advanced features like list generation or exercise evaluations. This counter resets every 24 hours.
  • Q: How can I get more daily attempts? A: You can increase your daily quota by watching a rewarded ad when the option is presented to you within the app.
  • Q: I have multiple accounts on the same device. How is the quota calculated? A: The quota is tied to the device. All accounts on the same device share the same daily quota, and the highest limit among all accounts is applied. This ensures fairness and prevents abuse of the system.

Features & Exercises

  • Q: How do custom listening lists work? A: You can enter any topic you like (e.g., “Shopping” or “At the restaurant”), and our smart learning system will generate a list of relevant vocabulary or sentences, complete with translations and a high-quality audio file so you can listen on the go.
  • Q: How is my pronunciation evaluated? A: When you speak into your device, the app analyzes your pronunciation and compares it to the correct articulation. You will receive instant feedback to help you improve your accent and master difficult words.
  • Q: How are my points calculated for the leaderboard? A: You earn points by completing various exercises and generating new lists. These points are tallied weekly to determine your rank on the leaderboard.

  • Q: What data does the app collect? A: We collect data that is essential for the app’s functionality, such as your email for account creation, usage data to improve our services, and the content you generate (like lists and exercise answers). For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.
  • Q: How can I delete my account or my data? A: You have the right to access or delete your information. You can manage your account through the settings screen within the app.
